GAME PROBLEMS
- I'm receiving inappropriate messages another user. What can I do about it?
To complain about another member's behaviour, please contact us. and select "Report Member"
Please insure that you have a valid complaint. Please also see (What are the rules for the game chat?)
Please insure you provide:
- the date and time of the offence
- the offenders username
- the nature of the offence
- any other relevant information
All chat messages are logged.
- I think I'm having Java trouble what can I do?
If Java is either not installed, or it is disabled. Follow the instructions below to get it running.
To install Java:
Java is free and simple to download from the official Java site at http://www.java.com.
To enable Java on Windows (if you believe you have already installed Java):
- Click "Start" and then "Control Panel"
- Open "Java". If you cannot locate it this means you do not have a valid Java version installed.
- Click the "Advanced" tab
- Expand the option "Default Java for browsers"
- Tick the box for each browser listed
- Click "OK", then close all browser windows before re-opening

- I am running the Apple Mac and I'm still having Java problems. Can you help?
It is important that you have the latest version of Oracle Java running on your Mac. Oracle are the company that own Java. If you do not have a current version it might cause different types of problems for Apple Mac users.
Please visit http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp to download and install the latest version of Java. Manually installing the latest Oracle version sometimes appears to help even if you think you have the latest version.
